Sensitive Information. We process voice recordings and biometric identifiers (voice patterns) when you interact with our AI Voice Products. Under the Malaysian PDPA, this is classified as Sensitive Personal Data. We process this only with your express consent for the purpose of appointment booking and service quality monitoring.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Retell AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. We encourage users to verify critical booking information via the provided dashboard.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

14. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
International Data Transfers: To provide our Services, your personal and sensitive data (including voice) will be transferred to and processed in Singapore and the United States. We ensure these transfers comply with Section 129 of the PDPA and that our sub-processors (Retell, OpenAI, Vultr) maintain security standards equivalent to Malaysian law.
Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please fill out and submit a data subject access request.
6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider, including your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public.
